Ready to explore new ideas and take your educational projects to the next level? Join ELEX 2027 for a two-week professional exchange in the United States focused on educational entrepreneurship (Edupreneurship), innovation, and leadership.
You'll connect with American educators and innovators, discover fresh approaches to teaching and learning, and explore how creative ideas can become impactful educational projects.
What to Expect
Hands-On Workshops: Explore Edupreneurship, leadership, and practical ways to turn educational ideas into real-world solutions.
Educational and Innovation Visits: Visit universities, innovation hubs, and educational organizations to see how new ideas take shape.
Networking Opportunities: Meet educators, entrepreneurs, and innovators, exchange experiences, and build lasting professional connections.
Cultural Experiences: Discover Boston and Washington, D.C., explore American culture, and visit iconic landmarks and museums.
Throughout the program, you'll gain inspiration, practical tools, and connections to help bring innovative ideas back to your educational community.
Who Can Apply?
We're looking for motivated educators, education entrepreneurs, and innovators who are ready to make a difference.
To be eligible, you must:
Be a Russian citizen currently living in Russia.
Be involved in developing or leading innovative educational projects, products, or initiatives.
Demonstrate leadership experience in English language education, entrepreneurship, or educational innovation.
Have not participated in a U.S. exchange program within the past seven years.
Be committed to returning to Russia after the program.
ELEX 2027 Group Leader Opportunity
We're also looking for an experienced English language education professional to lead and support the ELEX 2027 group during its U.S. exchange.
As Group Leader, you'll help participants prepare for their journey, coordinate group activities, communicate with program organizers and the Regional English Language Office (RELO), and support continued engagement after the program.
To qualify, you must:
Be a Russian citizen residing in Russia.
Have at least 10 years of experience in English language education.
Be an alumnus of a previous U.S. exchange program (excluding ELEX alumni).
Have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Be familiar with U.S. exchange programs and the American education system.
Have experience with educational technologies and an interest in Edupreneurship and innovation.
